The Pivot

I’m taking a little break in my day right now to write.

I woke up this morning feeling a little refreshed but I’ll be honest, I’m really forcing myself to take a deep breath and trust the Universe that all is as it should be. But it’s really hard when we have such blatant racism in our country. What happened this week was not okay, and my heart is hurting.

How can we raise our vibration collectively to create change today? I would like to encourage each and every one of you to sit in silence for five minutes. Breathe in peace. Breathe out peace. Breathe in love. Breathe out love. Breathe in kindness, breathe out kindness. Breathe in hope. Breathe out hope. What we focus on expands.  And while we may not be able to change everything at once, we can change ourselves and our vibration. Maybe that’s where it starts.

We are truly at a crossroads in our lives. We are all learning to pivot when none of us were expecting it. Silver linings are a beautiful thing. Change can be beautiful when you see it as so. What are some things that are changing for you that you can see are absolutely for the best? We don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes. George Floyd, may his death be a wake up call to every single person who sees. Because it’s time to wake up. It is truly time for change. The fact that we are still hash tagging “black lives matter’ is beyond embarrassing and disgusting.
