Addressing Self-Doubt and Limiting Beliefs

Fear is a mind killer

We all have them. Those little voices inside our heads that tell us we’re not ready, we’re not good enough, we’re not at a certain “level” (whatever that even means), that no one will take us seriously, or any plethora of self-limiting statements you say to yourself. Do NOT listen to those voices.

I want you to remember something today. Self-doubt and limiting beliefs are two very serious things that will keep you stuck. And there are so many levels of here - ranging from an actual belief that you can’t do something, to pure fear of success that you’ll be able to. And then what?

I want to remind you right now, that your potential and power are limitless. There are too many stories of people out there that have indeed made their dreams come true. I am one of them. I have a ridiculous day today, and it’s such an incredible opportunity I will be sharing with you soon, but as I’m writing this, I’m intimidated as hell. I am going somewhere today, and meeting new people, and doing things I have never done before… this is an entirely new experience. But it’s so silly, because it’s something I’ve always wanted. Should I just cancel because I’m scared and nervous? I don’t think so.

You always have to remember that fear is a lying little bitch. Anytime you think you can’t, or feel you don’t deserve something, or want to step back because something is too intimidating, stop and remember how deserving you are of all the success you can create.

Life was never meant to be lived on the sidelines. It’s up to US to get in the game. You’ll never know what you’re made of if you don’t go for it, whatever it is you truly want.

Come to think of it, how often do you sit down and actually think about what you truly want?  Like, legit, sit with a piece of paper, or type out - What do I really want in my life?

It’s so easy to just stop dreaming and believing in something other than what we’re living at the moment. If you’re happy with where you are and what you’re doing, hell yes, good for you. But I think most often, we DO want more. But what is your reasoning behind that? That is the key to unlocking the magic. It goes back to remembering your WHY.

I encourage you to take some time over the weekend and do a little self-exploration. What do you want in this life? And go deep with it. You are strong, you are beautiful, and you are resilient. Go out there and live in that inspired badassery, and kick any self-doubt and limiting beliefs to the curb. Anything is possible when you are aligned with power and your Spirit.

All my love,

Lindsay M
