Celebrating Self-Love Milestones: Reflection and Future Goals

As this is the final post of February, I wanted to take a few moments to reflect back on the work we’ve done towards loving, forgiving, and being kinder to ourselves on our own accord. I truly hope you took the time to write down all the brilliant things about you and wrote yourself a glorious love letter, and have come to the conclusion that you are loved, you matter, and you are powerful.

It is so important to celebrate your personal milestones. Maybe you told yourself you loved you more this month. Perhaps you made different choices in food, or did a few more things to honor your mind and your body. Perhaps you held your boundaries in place and are proud of that. Every little move we make in honoring ourselves and our intentions are reasons to celebrate. They are reasons to smile and be grateful. Everything in life we want to accomplish begins with the idea, then the intention, and then the action to get to the place we want to be.

As we wrap up February, it’s time to set some new goals and intentions for March. I’d like to hear from you. What are some of your goals? What are some of the things you all are doing?

There is no end to growth and self-discovery. Everyday, as long as we strive to give ourselves grace and choose to be the best we can be, helps us create what we see in front of us.

Wishing you all a beautiful week. I can’t wait to hear from you, hear about some milestones that you reached, and hear about what you have coming up.
