I'm Proud of You
I wanted to take some time today and let you all know how proud I am of you. We're three weeks into a new year, and I hope you've been holding onto everything you need, desire, and deserve for yourself.
This is usually a time where our resolutions and promises we made to ourselves, come to a halt. Scientific fact. It's easy to give up when you want what you want and want it yesterday. This goes with ANYTHING. I want to give you a little encouragement to keep going. Keep believing in yourself. Keep pushing forward. Keep looking toward the goal and live as if you're already there.
Anything in life worth doing takes effort and time. The magic is in the in-between. It's in the moments you keep going even if you aren't seeing the magic just yet. Growth comes in the discipline. Love and honor yourself enough to stay the course.
There are so many moments in life when we want to give up, when we start letting self-doubt come in. When we start listening to the voice in our heads that we've been doing our best to override. “I can't do this.” “Who am I kidding?” “It's too hard.” “It's never going to happen.” … Only you know the things you say to yourself. The key here is to embrace those voices, maybe see where they are coming from (past experiences perhaps?) and then tell them to fuck off. That pivot is a beautiful thing.
So often, we get impatient. I woke up this morning and had to remind myself of all the things I'm working toward. I had to remind myself that everything aligns. I put my hand over my heart and reminded myself that everything is exactly how it should be right now in this moment. Then I received this message:
It's important to remember that patience isn't just waiting; it's wisdom in action. Patience is more than a virtue. It's a deep understanding that life unfolds in its own time. When we rush or force things, we disrupt the natural flow. True wisdom lies in trusting the process. In knowing that every pause has its purpose. So, the next time you find yourself being impatient, remind yourself the best things in life aren't rushed. They're revealed one moment at a time.
Trust the timing my friends. Trust the flow. Be proud of how far you've come and keep moving forward in love and in light.
Until next week, I love you.
