I bought this book initially because I’m a fan of Cold, Lindsay and am a bass player myself. I just wanted to support Lindsay, but this book ended up coming to me at just the right time and when I needed it most. I love all the work Lindsay has put in and how she broke everything down to make it simple to understand. I have learned so much from this book and it has inspired me in so many ways. I could not recommend this book enough!

Lindsay’s book is exactly like sitting down and talking with her …real, raw, and full of heart. She doesn’t sugarcoat anything, but she also makes you feel supported the whole way through.
The stories she shares are honest and personal, and the advice is straight to the point. Chapters like “Do the Fucking Work” and “Fuck Everyone Else’s Opinion” are classic Lindsay its tough love with a lot of inspiration behind it.
What makes this book special is that she’s lived everything she’s writing about. She’s been through struggles, built herself back up, and she’s proof that you can come out stronger.
Reading it feels like having your best friend cheering you on and reminding you that you’re capable of way more than you realize.
