Happy Friday! Hope you're week has been amazing. Here's what I feel I need to share with you today.
I journal every single morning. Before I even glance at my phone, I meditate, and then I bust out my little black Unf*ckwithable journal and start my day with gratitude, affirmations, and intentions. These practices are a non-negotiable for me because I feel completely off until they're done.
Every time I begin a new journal, I write a message to myself on the very first page. It's like leaving a breadcrumb trail for the future me. I typically don't look back until the end of that journal. Since it holds about 80 pages, that means 80 mornings of writing before I revisit what I wrote on day one. But the other day, instead of flipping to the bookmarked page, I opened to the front. And there it was:
“By the time this journal ends, my new book will be done. LFG.”
That was March 25, 2025. And guess what? As I sit here today, that book is done.
This is the power of writing things down. It's not just about journaling—it's about declaring your vision to yourself. When you put your intentions on paper, you're not just dreaming anymore—you're creating a blueprint. You're telling your brain, your energy, and the Universe where to go.
Writing makes the invisible visible. It transforms “someday” into a timeline. It shifts your focus, your choices, and your actions toward alignment. And then one day, you flip back to that page and realize—you've become the person who made those words real.
🩷 This week's challenge: Write one statement of intent. Keep it simple but bold. Put it at the start of a journal, on a sticky note, or somewhere you'll rediscover it later. Watch what happens when you anchor your vision in writing. Because the words you write today could be the reality you're living tomorrow.

And don't forget to pre-order your signed copy today of The Girl Who Cried Love: A Pivot to Self-Worth. They will be shipping out the week of September 9th once I get done signing them all.
Thank you forever for being here with me on this journey — your love and support mean the world.
Until next week, with love always,
Lindsay
