What Greatness Really Means

What Greatness Really Means
Happy Friday!

This week has been a whirlwind with the launch of The Girl Who Cried Love, and I'm so grateful for every bit of love and feedback you've shared. 🩷 Your messages and reviews mean the world and remind me why I wrote this book in the first place. So thank you. 🙏

Today I want to talk about Greatness.

I'm actually headed to Lewis Howes' Summit of Greatness this morning and couldn't be more excited. And if I'm being honest, going last year was a huge push in me finishing my book. If you're not already on the Lewis Howes train, what are you waiting for? He and his podcast guests and the value they bring are priceless. You leave every episode feeling like you can conquer the world. LFG, right!?

And because life is all about perfect timing, this week I'm also reading Will Packer's new book Who Better Than You? The Art of Healthy Arrogance & Dreaming Big. It's a fun, inspiring reminder to stop settling for “good enough” and go after great.

Packer dives into what it really takes to dream big: doing the hard things, not to compete with anyone else, but to prove to yourself that you can learn, stretch, and show up with everything you've got and then some. That kind of growth takes discipline. No one is coming to save you…you create your own momentum. I highly recommend it.

Think back to the last time you did something hard. Remember that feeling afterwards? That rush of “I actually did it”? That's greatness. It's not about titles or applause. It's about the quiet confidence that comes from doing the work and showing yourself what you're capable of. It's in those moments, where self-worth begins to build inside you.

As I head into this weekend of learning and connecting, I'm holding onto that truth…and I hope you will too.

Here's to doing the hard things, chasing our biggest dreams, and redefining what greatness really means.

Until next week, with love always,

Lindsay M

P.S. If you haven't grabbed your copy of The Girl Who Cried Love yet, it's available in ebook ($0.99 right now), print, and audiobook (narrated by me!) everywhere books are sold: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FP3286QL - and signed copies are on my website too. Would love, love, love your reviews. 🙏
